I was excited for this story ever since Charlotte mentioned her new boss in Rock Addiction and I was right to be. This book has so many swoony moments and funny and dramatic, I just loved it.
Charlotte changes so much throughout this book, she opens up more, she lets people in, she learns to stop letting fear run her life and a lot of that has to do with Gabriel aka T-Rex. He woos her from the start, without her even knowing it, and it was so charming.
When we finally learn what happened to Charlotte all those years ago, I was shocked, apalled and so sad for her and it made me so happy when she came out stronger and fought back.
There were little conflicts between Charlotte and Gabriel but those were resolved with humor. We also see a little bit of Molly, who is still living in LA, but her advice trough the book helped Charlotte come out of her shell and have more fun. With this book, The Rock Kiss series become so much more and Gabriel is a true kind of Nalini Singh hero, and I missed that and that is why I loved this book so much. And of course, for the steamy and the funny and the angsty and the sweet.
